The show, now showing in the main gallery at City Arts, 334 N Mead, Wichita, Ks is call "Seeds of Change: Replanted". It is somewhat political in nature. It mostly illustrates the need for changes within America. I just had the opportunity to visit the show and was pleasantly surprised. The works are excellent with the messages clear.
This was one of my entries called "Glimmer of Hope". My point is that we are filled with greed, pleasure seeking and self-centeredness. These personal attitudes affect all decisions we make. We tend to elect leadership who promise to give us everything we want instead of what is good for our nation as a whole. They lie and promise us everything and we continually fall for it.
If we as a nation, do not take more personal responsibility, we will lose our rights, including the right to vote. Our wonderful, free nation will be lost. The candle flame is about out, but with the upcoming election, there is still a “spark” and a “Glimmer of Hope”.
